Thinking about your assets' protection and our own assets, we use a detailed system to hire new employees, we do check their background history and references, all of our employees are trained and supervised by the owner or the office manager. We will always wear our company uniform and a name-tag. As a rule, none of our employees would enter your place without proper ID and/or without our uniform.

Please, do not allow someone you don't know to enter your place, make sure they have an ID, uniform and name-tag and make sure the company you choose are licensed, insured and bonded.

For your convenience our Bonding and Insurance information is listed here and is also available upon request, an agent from Amelia Insurance will contact you with the updated information, if any service provider shows you an insurance contract agreement as "proof" of insurance think about this..."having an insurance contract copy does NOT mean you have a current coverage". Contact their insurance company to make sure the policy is still active, make sure your assets are protected!

About our Services

We can provide our services while you are at your place or even where you are away, for customers with seasonal properties of those who just can not be there while the service is being performed. Amelia Diamond Cleaning Service™ is the best option.

If you are at your place when we do the cleaning or you are away from it we can find the best way in order to keep your house sparkling every time. We can provide our services while you are at home, and still do our best even if you needed to go out, you will have nothing to worry about.

If you live out of state and you do have a property here we can help you in different ways, either picking up the key from a local site (family, realtor office, etc), doing our service when someone authorized by you opens the property for us to provide the service, or we can keep a copy of your key (Do-not-duplicate message engraved on it for added security) this key is kept in a safe box at our installations until next service, this way we can have access to your place anytime you need our service, we make sure next time you visit your place it will be sparkling, you can arrange this visits to be performed once a week, every two weeks, every month. that depends on you, just give us a call or send us an email and we make sure your place is ready for you. Only the owner and general manager of Amelia Diamond Cleaning Services™ have access to the safe box, and for more extra security you key does not have your address attached to it, we use a coding system stored on our database where just the owner and general manager can access it using a password, this is in order to give you the peace of mind you need !
